30-Day Return Policy

Not happy with your order? No worries! Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.

To be eligible for a return: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return: Email us at sparkwave56@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions within 24–48 hours.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged items: Received something broken? Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
